To provide insights and directives for digital web, mobile and customer facing applications. - 5+ years customer-facing product management experience - experience with mobile apps, loyalty, and e-commerce strongly preferred
- Ability to set a strategy and translate to a roadmap with end-to-end execution
- Providing insights, visions and support for the digital platforms and customer facing apps - web, mobile, payments, UI/UX/CX, and/or Loyalty related goals and targets.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
- Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills
- Experience with A/B testing
- Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members
- Results-oriented, driven, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed
- Great communication and writing skill
