Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working in a fast-paced technical, military or weapons test operations environment. Including NAVAIR T&E, Naval Fleet, Army and Air Force, foreign military (FMS) organizations, and commercial enterprises. 2) Applying effective technical, business and management practices and improving customer products and services. 3) Prioritizing, planning and directing the workload of a direct range test operations through applied knowledge of air-to-air, surface-to-surface, air-to-surface, and surface-to-air warfare areas. 4) Assess and apply risk factors as related to execution of range operations. 5) Effectively determining operating costs and managing resources (physical and financial). 6) Communicating orally and in writing with peers, program managers, and leadership; across organizational lines.
