Job DescriptionJob Title: Order Selector- Material HandlerDepartment: OperationsReports To: Focus Factory ManagerFLSA Status: HourlyLocation: Pomona, CAPrepared Date: August 28, 2019Description
Performs manual and clerical duties associated with storing and issuing of materials, supplies, components and back orders in the Stockroom.
Receives, pulls and issues all material and products for Mexico.
Stocks all shelves in Stockroom.
Prepares inventory control records (parts on inventory freeze).
Performs follow-up to determine status of product, components and assemblies; and expedites the flow of work and deliveries to meet production schedules.
Compiles and submits status reports to supervisor on back orders and stock shortages. May be required to utilize VDT.
-May be assigned as needed to duties not listed here. Any special instructions required will be issued at the time of assignment.Requirements
High school education or equivalent experience.
Must be familiar with 10-key calculator and scales.
Familiarity with computer desirable.
Prior Stockroom experience desired but not required.
