- Execution of OS migrations
- Onsite support for Windows 10 OS migrations - QA validation of successful migration; onsite troubleshooting for migration failures
- Escalate service problems and issues to the Deployment Team Lead or Technical Lead as appropriate, including migrations exceeding commitments for completion time or any other actual or potential Customer satisfaction problems
- Provide oversight of Windows 10 migration project
- Interface with Provider PM to provide input to project plan and schedule
- Interface with Client management stakeholders for executive reporting
- Primary point of escalation for project issues from Provider team
- Provide support to the Provider deployment team as needed for Client infrastructure that will be utilized to facilitate the migration process
- Deployment Automation
- Automation Build / Support (SCCM / OSD / Task Sequencing): Design / build / support of the automation tools and technical support of SCCM automation tools
- Define and document and modify GPO required for the and GPO design and build
- Remediate image issues identified during deployments
- 2+ years of related experience, or AA degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ certification
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
- Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
