RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced APIC-EM Support Engineer for our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC).
Duties: Use debugging tools, simulations, and scripts to isolate and fix problems Guide and assist with installations and technical training, including documentation Directly troubleshoot and solve technical issues with customers Document customer needs, problems, interventions, and interactions, informing clients as changes occurREQUIREMENTS: Customer Support Experience (3-5 years) or Bachelors in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) equivalent to match 3-5 years of experience Certification in Database, or technology (CCNP) 5 years of experience are requiredDesired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: Solving PnP (plug and play), APIC-EM (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module) or similar NMS (Network Management System); Network design and/or deployment experience is also a big plusHere is a list of additional requirements: Cisco Routing & Switching/Data Center background Linux and virtualization background Experience with Viptela - Preferred Data Base concepts specifically around MySQL; Knowledge in VPN, or other Security technologies CCIE desired (Wireless/Routing & Switching/Service Provider)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
