DescriptionRobert Half Accountemps in Rancho Bernardo currently has an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist who is looking to start their career with us! We are searching for a data-driven veteran who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have rapid and error-free typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist role for you!Responsibilities
Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source
Audit reports and sheets of data
Search the internet for information
Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
Requirements
Proven typing accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
