Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Windows Server Engineer to help our customer with Windows Server Updates and Documentation. This role is part-time, customer is envisioning 2 days/or 16 hours a week. This can be broken up to accommodate a candidate working full-time elsewhere. After hours or weekend work is okay. Remote Part Time Windows Server Engineer California (must be located in California) 2 days per week 6 months contract The ideal candidate will have experience with installation & configuration of Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 servers which includes of Performance tuning, Service Pack updates etc. Also, the ability to create and update operational procedures (issues resolution, requests, administration procedures) Good in written & oral communication in English. Additional nice to haves include: Installation, configuration and management of IIS, MS SQL, FTP Serversetc. Installation, configuration and management of Anti-Virus End Points, Firewall (Windows /Sophos /Fortinet) etc. Deploy, Configure and Monitor backup agents & Storage spaces. Skills and Experience:

  • Systems Administration
  • Windows updates
  • Documentation
  • Experience making updates to large/enterprise Windows environments
  • Troubleshooting, upgrades, installation, configuration, hardware/software
  • Strong work ethnic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Experienced working remotely
