Client Services Senior Analyst Rancho Cordova, CA (Hybrid )Full-time / Direct hire You will be responsible for handling all aspects of client service for the Client Relations, Global Consultant, Investment Platform Developers, Institutional Sales and their clients covering a variety of products, Mutual/Insurance funds, Sub Advised, Separate, Commingled Trusts and Private accounts/portfolios.
- fielding complex ongoing and ad-hoc requests, preparing due diligence and compliance reports (monthly, quarterly, and/or annual).
- Respond to and assist Sales/Relations Managers, Global Consultants, Investment Platform Developers, and various internal groups with complex requests
- Field on-going client inquiries and requests regarding portfolio information, compliance information, fund information, etc.
- Approve communications between Sales, Legal, Compliance and other internal business units as needed
- Approve communications for external distribution
- Work with Legal, and Transfer Agency to ensure all Agreements are updated
- Assist Legal department when requesting Board Report, Annual Contract, and other reporting information
- Assist Client Relations Manager with major events involving subadvised clients (e.g. onboarding, terminations, mergers, large rebalances, etc.)
- Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and/or annual subadvised client compliance request
- 5-7 years experience in mutual fund industry preferably with strong knowledge in the investments and operations area
- Series 7 and 63 required (can be acquired within 6-12 months on the job)
- High quality level of Client/Customer Service orientation
- Ability to understand the needs of clients and our related investment offerings
- Microsoft Office skills:
- Advanced: Excel, Word
- Intermediate: PowerPoint
