- Must be able to pass a criminal background check before starting work.
- This position will work 100% onsite
- The anticipated timeframe of this role will be thru Dec 2022 with the possibility of extensions.
- Install, configure and deploy Windows 10 professional desktop and laptop PCs.
- Install and troubleshoot software and PC peripherals such as webcams, printers, scanners, etc. Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016 and newer versions; MS 365 a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM to image PCs and deploy software
- Familiarity with Active Directory and ability to update account settings and add users to groups. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills, planning & record keeping and Microsoft Excel experience.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software and application problems for networked and stand-alone computer systems and networked resources
- Second Level Help Desk experience
- Valid California Driver's License is required
- Standard hours are M-F 8-5; No Telework
