Job Description: IAM Analyst - Rancho Cucamonga CA Key Skills: IAM, Saviynt/SailPoint, Java, Powershell Preferred Qualifications: Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM solutioning and implementing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on Saviynt/SailPoint technology
- Implementing identity lifecycle workflows
- Application onboarding
- Good knowledge of writing required documents (SRS, HLD etc.)
- Good understanding of compliance implementation
- Identity Repository management
- Access Request System (ARS)
- Role Mining
- RBAC / ABAC
- Saviynt Analytics (Actionable reports etc.)
- Separation of Duties (SoD)
- Campaigns / Certifications
- ITSM tool integrations (provisioning and ticket management)
- SAV Roles / Delegated Administration
- SSO integration

- Email templates
- Data Governance
- Java
- PowerShell scripting
- Shell scripting

- SOAP WS
- PL/SQL
- Work with Business and Application teams to understand current processes
- Create blueprints of existing processes
- Create roadmap of IGA and PAM implementation based on current processes and best practices
- Participate in business and technical requirements
- Contribute to functional and technical requirements and designs for IAM implementation
- Create all low-level design and runbooks
- Support requirements, architecture, and deployments
- Provide alternative approaches / solutions if certain features have issues / defects
- Advocate best practices for IAM processes
- Highly proactive and able to work independently.
- Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to document Information Security policy and briefings with purpose, clarity, and accuracy
- Strong inter-personal and group/team process skills, problem-solving and judgment skills.
- Demonstrated experience working and interfacing with cross functional teams
- Strong systems thinking and analytical approaches to problem solving.
- Very good presentation and listening skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a customer facing role
