Our client, a global leader in the Information Technology Distribution industry, is in need of a Project Coordinator to oversee the program requirements and cross functional collaborations for testing and tracking of COVID-19. This resource will need to have a high level of attention to detail as well as trusted analytical and organization skills.

salary: $23 - 25 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

  • Supporting both Human Resources and Health and Safety teams, lead COVID-19 related activities within a 4 building / 1,200 people warehouse campus
  • Effectively build relationships with key stakeholders including HR, Safety and Operations who are part of the workforce team for COVID-19
  • Provide day-to-day support to onsite team including:
    • Weekly Covid-19 testing process including interfacing with vendor
    • Worker's compensation case assessments
    • Tracking and reporting associates on quarantine, positive cases and return to work
    • Tracking and reporting on Covid-19 data and key metrics
    • Provide insights and data into COVID-19 case volume to inform and support the associate experience
    • Perform periodic auditing to ensure that compliance standards and requirements of internal processes are met
    • Review COVID-19 related government requirements and provide updates to key leaders to assist with decision making

The essential functions of this role include:
  • working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
