As a Program coordinator, you will be key in supporting product teams and external QA partners for VPN, Gmail and Slack account management.Communicating with our external partners and triaging connection issues to eliminate downtime for QA work.Improving and refining the process of how accounts are managed.Understanding the needs of our game teams and how to solve external account issues efficiently and effectively.Driving communication with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate progress to all stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Professional experience in Google Sheets/ExcelExperience working with multiple teams/stakeholders in a high paced environmentStrong communication skillsAttention to detailDesired Qualifications:Programming experience with building tools with multiple external APIsExperience working with external test teams and evaluating effectivenessISTQB qualifications; i.e.: Foundation/Agile Tester/Expert Level/Adv.
