Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Role: Field Service Technician II Primary Skills: Infrastructure
Role Description: The

Field Service Technician II must have at least 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

- Conducts on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.

- Isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action.

- Prepares daily logs and reports work performed.

Scope: Performs predetermined work assignments with detailed instructions. Follows established guidelines, procedures and policies.

Problem Complexity: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.

Impact: Contributions are usually limited to assignment related activities. Decisions or failure to achieve results may cause minor delays in schedules.

Liaison: Interacts daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers. Interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual information.

Freedom To Act: Work is closely managed. Follows specific, outlined, and detailed procedures. Knowledge/Skills and Ability:

- Having general knowledge and experience.

- Ability to use common sense to carry out relatively basic instructions and activities.

Typical Education and Experience:

- High School education or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience.

Education: High School/Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
