Are you an experienced HR Generalist seeking to join a professional and exciting team environment? Are you ready for a change and want to work for a company that has excellent employee relations?
Were currently searching for a self-starter who can manage our human resource needs. The successful candidates role will include: employee relations, leave management, workers compensation/compliance management, recruitment efforts, benefits administration, and other special projects.
HR Generalist Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years of human resource experience
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing for multiple business purposes
A focus on quality and maintaining confidentiality in daily operations
A high level of professionalism and sound judgement
Excellent computer proficiency including the ability to utilize software programs for creating documents. (Moderate level of Microsoft Excel experience is REQUIRED.)
Health care experience is a plus
