Express Employment is working with a local real estate agency seeking a Relocation Director for their multi location business. This is a full time permanent position starting at $18.00 per hour. Benefits are available after the probationary period. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic communicator with no fear of public speaking. Job Duties:
Working in office M-F, 8-5 and some weekend work.
Will work with Relocation Directors across the United States handling incoming and outbound referrals
Computer skills a must - Excel & Google Docs
Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
Working with inbound referrals/leads via Boomtown Website
Working with agents from our sister offices in Medford, Grass Valley & Roseville/Lincoln area
Agent Team Management & Training
Motivating agents to place referrals (creative ideas for contests)
Maintain reports for referral tracking
Present at sales meetings
People Skills
Process closings and mail referral checks
Travel once a year to Relocation Conference
Travel to outer offices for presentations occasionally
