Essential Functions
This position provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The duties and responsibilities listed below represent the essential functions of the position; however, they are not intended to be an exhaustive list. Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner and answer incoming telephone calls.
Receive, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Organize, scan, and maintain accurate filing of company documents.
Order, track, and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate office lunches, meetings, and special events.
Assist with check processing and related administrative tasks.
Perform additional clerical or administrative duties as assigned by the Controller.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
