CTS4TAXES in Redding is hiring a receptionist for the busy tax season in 2021. Position will be seasonal, from mid January thru Mid April .
There will be full time or part time positions available. This is a fast paced job with duties like:
Answering multi line phones.
Faxing
Making appointments over the phone and in person. (We use appt plus)
Preparing files/folders for pickup.
Preparing documents and spreadsheets.
Filing finished folders.
Other basic office duties.
