Green Diamond Resource Company is recruiting for a District Forester to work at our Oregon operations located in Klamath Falls. This position is specifically responsible for the planning, design, preparation, permitting, and scheduling of all of the District's harvest notifications and road projects. Must be able to evaluate and manage harvest sequence change recommendations to balance short and long term impacts to financial goals, harvest levels, harvest capacity and customers. Ensures all harvest notifications are of the highest ethical and professional standard while complying with State regulations and Green Diamond Resource Company guidelines. Must have at least 5 years of experience with a degree in Forest or Natural Resource Management. Without a degree must have at least 10 years of work experience in forestry/natural resources.
