Stable manufacturing company seeks an Applications Developer to join the close knit IT team in their gorgeous offices located in the Redding area.
Education - BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field required without on-the-job experience.
Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience preferred developing software systems using one or more of these programming languages - Visual Basic, C/C#, .Net or the latest version of RPG.
Great oral and written communication skills.
Duties - develop new software and maintain existing systems.
Work closely with end users and other Developers to determine priorities.
Answer users questions and solve software problems.
Interact with vendors on new software changes and releases.
Travel to various locations as needed.
Great company with friendly people and a pleasant work environment. The travel requirements are approximately 10%. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
