Our client has a new opportunity for a Support Technician II who applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks pertaining to Apple or PC hardware, software, and Apple / Microsoft operating systems. Scope of Activity:
- Physical device count survey, basic patching, LED verification, crash cart assistance (console recorder / reporter), power cycling (reboot of equipment), replace media (i.e. USB thumb drive, DVD)
- Utilize MS operating system software and MS Office applications
- Provide support for desktop hardware and peripherals, desktop imaging tools, desktop network configuration, and desktop software installation and configuration
- Provide executive-level support
- 2 - 3+ years of working experience in the industry
- Technical college degree or comparable, in Computer Science field
- A+ Certification preferred
- Baseline OEM Certifications which include any of the following, depending on assignment:
- Dell Desktop / Laptop, Client Desktop / Laptop / Printer, Lenovo Desktop / Laptop, Lexmark Printer, IBM Printer, Server+
