Join our team and help us change the way the world communicates. Job Duties and Responsibilities: DISH's Wireless Brand - Gen Mobile is hiring! This fun, passionate, and rapidly growing team is working hard to shape the future of connectivity with DISH Wireless ! Based out of sunny Redondo Beach California, as a Product Marketing Lead, you will be identifying new growth and retention opportunities and developing strategies to drive specific business KPIs. This position requires a strategic and analytical thinker to partner cross-functionally with business intelligence, operations and brand marketing and deliver new products, technologies and services.- Lead cross-functional teams from operations/IT, brand marketing, legal and business intelligence to build new or enhance existing growth and retention campaigns; may require building new workflows and data solutions
- Research competitors, industry trends, markets, partnerships, and customer surveys to identify opportunities, threats and root cause issues
- Build out customer journey and segments to develop strategies that address customer segments needs, deepen customer engagement and drive customer value at every touchpoint
- Develop an ongoing roadmap of wireless products, services and partnerships that enhance service offerings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams through the planning and development lifecycle of products, services and campaigns
- Translate analytic findings into data driven decisions and solutions. Visually present data, key insights and solutions to leadership in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
- Support executive strategy presentations
- Bachelor's degree - ideally in business, marketing, quantitative or technical field
- 2+ years of product management or project management experience
- Must be comfortable analyzing data and making data driven decisions
- Experience working on cross-functional teams to execute projects from ideation to completion
- Ability to document accurately operational and technical information
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team oriented and strong multi-tasking skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
