Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Software Development Analyst with E-CAD (HarnesSys, Capital) administration experience. This position may be located at one of the following three Northrop Grumman sites: Redondo Beach, CA; Rancho Bernardo, CA; or Palmdale, CA. Roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Administration of HarnesSys and Capital design systems
  • End-user technical support of software in development and production environments
  • Performing root cause analysis and debugging problems within the environment, and working with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence
  • Monitoring, addressing, and resolving production HarnesSys and Capital environment incidents, service requests, workflows, client install packages, etc., collaboratively with other support teams
  • Documenting all aspects of system support so that knowledge is readily shared among all those tasked with supporting E-CAD instances
  • Supporting business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live and in production
This position may be filled at a Level 1 or Level 2, depending on the qualifications outlined below.

Basic Qualifications for Level 1:
  • Bachelor's degree with no professional experience, or a High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experience
  • 0-2 years experience with HarnesSys or Capital applications
  • Experience with incident troubleshooting and resolution
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining the required security clearance will be a condition of continued employment
  • Ability to obtain a Security+CE certification within 6 months of hire date (customer and/or program requirements may expedite this time frame); maintaining a current Security+CE certification will be a condition of continued employment

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or a High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience.
  • 0-2 years experience with HarnesSys or Capital applications
  • Experience with incident troubleshooting and resolution
  • Currently has DoD Secret security clearance
  • Currently has Security+CE certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS Cloud
  • Familiarity with the functions, processes, and capabilities in native E-CAD applications
  • Experience supporting E-CAD in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Fluency in at least one computer programming language.
  • Ability to apply engineering techniques and analytical methods to make recommendations for improvements and provide information and assistance to end-users.

Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD

Salary Range 2: $82,400 USD - $123,600 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
