Cost Estimating Analyst 3 - Construction

Please apply ONLY if you have 5+ years of experience in construction cost estimation

You must currently be a United States Citizen (government related work)

We can ONLY consider your application if you have:

1: 5+ years of relevant experience2: Strong background in construction cost estimation3: Aerospace cost estimation a plus4: Able to quickly produce high level concept cost estimates for construction location/size/specification comparisons.5: Able to analyze specifications, including sketches, blueprints, bills of material, or sample layouts, and calculate detailed construction costs breakdowns.6: Able to perform job duties as described.7: Able to work a 9/80 schedule

Duties and Responsibilities

== Estimates costs of design and construction based on various levels of information. == Collects cost data from completed projects, prior estimates, and vendors. == Prepares and maintains historical cost data register, and models for cost estimating. == Completes assessments of contractor claims and produces independent cost estimates for planning purposes
