This company is part of one of the largest industries in the Bay Area. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has a minimum of 2yrs of collections experience in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment, and who is comfortable with a customer-centric approach.Responsibilities:Direct all billing and reporting activities in accordance to deadlinesOversee and update customer files to ensure data accuracyPinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. written correspondence, phone contact, skip-tracing, and making arrangements for paymentControl inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondenceCorrectly process bankruptcy filings when receivedCatalog all customer payments to the correct reportsAct as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiriesComply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulationsGuarantee payments are processedIf interested, have relatable experience, and can commute to the job location, please send an updated resume in Word format to: ian.taylor@accountemps.com.
