Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Redwood City, CA, or East Coast

Description:looking for pro-active and energized Technical Project Managers who can manage multiple projects that involve various internal teams, customers and partners/vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesDelegating tasks on the project to employees, customer POC and vendor teams best positioned to complete themMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergyCommunicating with executives, customers and other stake holders to keep the project aligned with their goalsPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expectedAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project changeIdentifying risks and appropriately communicating and planning to mitigate them.Ability to understand the platform and customer needs to ensure the solution works for the customer.Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively within a dynamic startup environmentStrong decision-making, analytical & problem-solving skills to provide direction, identify & resolve issuesStrong communication, facilitation, presentation and training skillsA minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managing IT and technical projectsUnderstanding of various SDLC process example Agile Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid Excellent written/verbal communication skills
