We are looking for a Program Manager – who has strong knowledge on Product development life cycle, Engineering background.• Who worked on Agile methodology• Consultant should have 6+ years of exp working on JIRA tool.• 10+ years’ experience in program management/operations in a high-tech company, preferably a SaaS company• Proven history of driving successful programs and leading change across an organization with the programs.• Expertise and hands on experience with common business applications and tools, such as JIRA, Salesforce.com, Excel, G-Suite, Smartsheets, etc.• Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, need to handle multiple projects.

The Product Operations team is responsible for enabling operational excellence across the entire R&D Organization. We drive initiatives from conception to execution, cultivating alignment across Product Management, Engineering and all customer facing functions. We seek operational rigor and effectiveness with the ultimate goal to establish our company as the innovation-oriented leader for Cloud First Cloud Native AI-powered Data Management.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who can build cross-functional partnerships to plan, drive, coordinate and execute complex R&D programs.

We are looking for someone who is technically savvy, is a problem solver and thrives in working with cross functional teams.

Requirements:• Drive and own full program life cycle from initiation to deployment. Develop and manage medium to complex multi-functional program schedules, identify risks, manage scope and resource changes and monitor progress against plan.• Sound experience in Product portfolio planning• Deep expertise in managing Agile Product development life cycle in JIRA, including documenting and managing requirements in JIRA• Hands on experience in JIRA, including creating Projects, customizing Issues, Workflows and basic automation.• Provide tool support, training and ensure cross functional adherence to process improvements as defined by the Product Operations team• Define, generate, and assess metrics and key performance indicators for the program. Provide all the necessary data to support critical decision-making• Must be comfortable leading informally across the organization to challenge the status quo and in developing better ways to support the R&D organization and its stakeholders• Ensure effective communication across multi-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, UX, Documentation, Global Customer support and other customer facing teams• Establish Best Practices and Standards, including developing consistent and well-documented processes, templates, training, and mentoring on best practices and standards.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline• 10+ years’ experience in program management/operations in a high-tech company, preferably a SaaS company• Proven history of driving successful programs and leading change across an organization with the programs.• Expertise and hands on experience with common business applications and tools, such as JIRA, Salesforce.com, Excel, G-Suite, Smartsheets, etc.• Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.• Proven ability to influence your business partners and supporting teams and in coordinating programs across multiple functions to deliver on-time measurable results.• Excellent strategic thinking, business analysis, problem-solving and leadership skills.• Able to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment.
