Send resumes to merry.cariaga@rhmr.comResponsibilities Source, recruit and engage top talent for our teams in US Be knowledgeable about the company and why people should work here Work closely with our recruiting, hiring teams to understand their needs Build strategic sourcing pipelines Foster trust relationships with key individuals, both internal and external to the company, with significant social networks and insightful recommendations for top talent Expand our employee referral efforts, attend related events and generate sourcing campaignsRoles they would source: Data Engineers, Data Science Managers, Software Engineers, Security Engineers, Applications Engineers, Big Data Engineers, Development ManagerRequirementsRequirements 3-4 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting experience either in-house or on agency side with a track record of success in delivering quality candidate flows that led to actual hires Prior experience recruiting for technical roles Hands-on experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search preferred Tech savvy and possessing excellent communication both verbal and written Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Attention to detail with a sense of urgency Bachelor's DegreeOur industry-leading alliances and broad client network provide you greater access to a variety of unique interim and long-term project opportunities that can keep you continuously engaged.
