Operations Manager, Partner Success

The ideal Operations Manager, Partner Success … Will help to identify, develop, and implement the operational processes necessary for driving enterprise seller efficiency within the client eco-system. He or she will leverage different technical tools and processes to manage all enterprise partner operational integrations, and help ensure their success on the platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Own all enterprise partner operational integrations from a business perspective – determine the appropriate strategy, facilitate all onboarding processes, manage integration of all third-party solutions (e.g., 3PLs, aggregators, etc.), respond to partner pain points, etc.
  • Relationship management with third-party solution partners
  • Help define a technological and programmatic roadmap for driving enterprise partner efficiency on the platform
  • Partner with Product Teams to build processes and technical solutions for improving enterprise partner selling and fulfillment on client
  • Identify and monitor standard operational KPI targets to improve efficiency and performance

6-Month Accomplishments:
  • Design and codify turnkey onboarding processes for a range of core back-end fulfillment / operational solutions – to become truly ‘plug and play’ for large enterprise partners
  • Help lead onboarding and integration with enterprise partners onto client
  • Begin design – in collaboration with product and engineering teams – for solutions that address priority seller operational pain points to ultimately drive significant improvements in efficiency
  • Establish a reporting process for relevant operational KPIs

12+ Month Accomplishments:
  • Identification and integration of technological and programmatic partnerships (e.g., third-party integrations) to help improve enterprise seller pain points and drive performance
  • Fully established operational reporting structures and processes for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations and supply chain management for a retail / consumer business (preferably with omnichannel footprint)
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and retail fulfillment processes, with experience managing both
  • Ability to build and maintain strong external relationships with key vendors, as well as brand operational partners
  • Working knowledge of performance / operations metrics
  • Awareness of emerging vendors and market trends within the supply chain space
  • Passion for the client mission and the unique intersection of social and marketplace
