Our Direct client is an American cloud computing and virtualization technology company headquartered in California. They are in need of a strong Finance Business Acumen for the Finance Operations Group. This is a 6 to 12 Months contract position. Remote work. California. Expert in Corptax - Solution Architect OR Senior BSA. This is a Functional position. You will be a part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations that help tax departments maximize the strategic value to the organization. You will deliver services for companies that are implementing tax solutions leveraging Corptax applications. As a Corptax Senior, you will contribute to the growth and success in a variety of way, including:
- Client Management: Participate in the day-to-day interactions with the client's project team members and leadership members.
- Delivery: Work with a team to implement, restructure and/or refresh tax technology to align tax software with the clients' specific requirements and goals.
- Solutions: Work with a team to develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to aid in the efficiency of tax departments.
- Support: Provide training and tax software support around day-to-day activities, tax law or situational changes.
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks,
- 3+ years' experience in implementation of direct tax solutions (compliance and provision) preferably Corptax; ONESOURCE and Longview also preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related area
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or other appropriate certification (either in process or able/willing to obtain)
- Experience with Big 4, tax software firm or equivalent
