In our fast-paced, innovative environment, we are looking for a seasoned professional to develop industry-specific technical marketing content for demand generation, and provide sales enablement and account/customer support for a broad diversity of industries to help our customers and accelerate our sales.Our products add tremendous value to all industries. Leverage your great writing, presentation, and business skills to influence and enable many industries. The person in this role is a security expert who will pivot that expertise to different industries within a team of industry security experts. You will help customers and prospects understand how our products help solve their security problems and enable their market drivers. You will ensure the portfolio’s many realized benefits and differentiators are clearly understood by our customers, prospects, Sales and SE’s, and channel partners for the given industry.The right candidate will already have a firm grasp of security technology in general - from cloud to endpoint, and the current security market landscape. While not an expert on a specific area of our portfolio, you have solid familiarization with every security market segment that we cover. The results of your efforts will help us stand out from the market “noise”. You will show what is real and different about Palo Alto Networks approach for the given industry - across our security market segments, personas and departments. Your efforts will strongly influence pipeline, acceleration and bookings for the industries assigned.Primary Responsibilities: Develop and maintain industry-specific sales conversion support through assets which may include: Repeatable Customer use cases Industry reference blueprints Whitepapers Field training including sales guides and use cases Technology webinars Active social media and FUEL user group engagement and other customer-facing content. Provide industry-specific customer meeting and deal support to account teams for Globals, Majors and large opportunities Provide industry-specific Sales and partner enablement including support to SKO, Sales Onboarding, and formal training. Support Marketing Campaigns and Field Marketing initiatives to drive sales conversion for prospects and partners. Support the customer references team to develop the most impactful customer success stories that demonstrate tangible benefits of our portfolio. Be the industry voice to Product Management for industry-specific needs within our products. Work with our Cyber Range Director to ensure prospects experience the full benefits of the platform vertically.Requirements: 10-15 years of security experience as a technical security marketer, SE, or security practitioner. Strong writing and presentation skills. Strong, demonstrable ability to take complex or product-centric company messages, and tell a clear, compelling, and cohesive solution story to the given industry. Ability to understand the changes in today’s enterprise network, and how security is evolving swiftly to meet those needs. Ability to spot trends and anticipate the developments in your covered industries. Ability to work well with and influence key stakeholders. Integrity and determination to deliver on commitments. Agility, strong adaptability to change in this swift-moving market and in this innovative company that moves fast to keep our customers protected. Experience working with global teams on multiple projects and programs. Strong ability to multitask with proven track record of execution on initiatives/programs. Attention to detail, quality, and clarity. Ability to focus in an environment of change to deliver on your commitments.
