Hi Atrilogy's direct client is seeking a
HR Service Center Representative (Benefits) to join their team for a 3 Months+ Contract HR Service Center Representative (Benefits) Location: Remote(CA) 3 Months+ Contract Systems Skills Required- Experience working with HR systems
- Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Typing proficiency
- Previous customer service or call Center experience
- Experience working with Case management systems
- Knowledge of Human Resources and/or Benefits/Payroll processes is preferred
- Respond professionally with accuracy and in a timely manner to inquiries including, but not limited to, HR policy, procedures and guidelines.
- Process changes in HR applications for the workforce and coordinate transactions with IT, payroll or 3rd parties as needed.
- Assist Employees and Managers in navigating self-service applications and MYHR portal for HR.
- Respond to escalated employee calls and inquiries referred by HR Reps and other HR service center staff.
- Document summary details of inquiries and issues and provide regular updates appropriately.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of HR documentation.
- Assist with HR trainings for HR reps and other employees.
- Participate and collaborate with Manager and team in various continuous improvement projects and processes to constantly improve team workflow.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer emails and calls daily, while maintaining a focus on customer service and professionalism
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- High level of maturity, personal initiative, and professionalism
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Attendance and punctuality are essential
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills required to work with different levels of business leadership, business users and functional team.
- IT staffing and placement such as Project Managers, Agile/Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, DBAs, Software Engineers, Mobile Developers (iOS, Android), DevOps, Automation, QA, Systems & Network Engineers, Cyber Security / Information Security Specialists, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data and Creative (UI/UX, Web Design)
- Operational staffing and placement of Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing professionals, as well as Information Technology resources.
