Project Scope: Our client has an immediate need for an Infrastructure Technical Writer with the following skills and experience:
- Current infrastructure environment lacks documentation, we are looking for someone to collect info from the techs and create general design documents so new or other team members can take it and understand how things are laid out at a high level.
- Will work with SME's to create documentation from a disparate system
- Parent company made numerous recent acquisitions, need help documenting everything
- They have multiple areas needing focus for writing: Virtualization, Back-ups, storage, antivirus, etc
