As a member of the Bioproduction digital supply chain team, you will evaluate, prioritize business initiatives and related master data requirements, developing projects to improve the quality and management of business-critical data. Through multi-functional partnerships, install data governance mechanisms for assigned business units in the Bioproduction group. You will drive productivity and enhance our master data by implementing improvement projects.

You will collaborate with functional leaders to define, prioritize & resource projects through participation in a data management council. You will assess health of current data through data quality assessments and identify data needs for prioritized projects. You will engage with global domain authorities to resolve data challenges. You will implement improvement initiatives using project management principles and monitor schedule to deliver projects on time. You will communicate progress to leadership through status reporting and remove barriers to execution that might be encountered.

What will you do?

Partner with master data & business unit leadership to prioritize & resource data projects aligned with key business priorities.

Your remit will span the range of data from order intake to order fulfillment. Independently lead multifunctional, high impact projects. Drive project scope, resourcing and project plans with clear ownership and due dates. Coordinate project team members, meetings & actions. Hold team members accountable to commitments, advocate for resources.

Collaborate with data owners on data gathering, analysis, socialization of solutions and publication of data standards. Encourage functional data stewardship.

Partner with support teams including data analytics, data management and data governance to apply their expertise in BPG, driving consistency of practices.

Create performance indicators measuring impact of projects. Communicate challenges, work with leadership to eliminate obstacles.

Coordinate updates of business processes & I/T system data. Collaborate with process owners to transfer outcomes to standard business process. Ensure training occurs with new practices. Coordinate BPG data standard repository using tools including data catalogs and Microsoft Sharepoint.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in industrial/Mfg Engineering, Supply Chain Management or, equivalent experience may be considered.

Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma trained preferred.

Experience

2-4+ years of relevant supply chain, materials management, or master data experience.

Knowledge/experience using data driven systems across the order fulfillment continuum. Examples of systems include Product Life Cycle, Supply Chain, ERP/MRP and Advanced Planning Tools.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Able to identify data requirements to enable strategy & achievement of goals & objectives.

Demonstrate understanding of use of data driven processes & systems in a complex environment. Understand system integration, impact on internal & external processes.

Able to lead multiple projects across people, sites & systems. Able to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals.

Self-starter.
