RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in the Richmond, CA area that is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join their team for a potential long-term project opportunity of high priority for the client! 100% Remote
Position Overview:The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant is a hybrid business and technical consultant that works alongside the client as they transition marketing automation platform to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Responsibilities include: Technical, marketing and business related requirements gathering as well as effective management of a cross functional services team and successful solution roll-out Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of online marketing and client facing experience Experience with email and/or marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and integration with databases Experience writing functional specifications documentation Excellent communication skills (oral/written) Excellent interpersonal skills The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and associated business processes as well as experience in managing a technical engagement from inception through final deployment Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel Ability to work effectively in a team situation with developers Excellent strong problem solving abilities and ability to work independently to resolve complex issues Detail-oriented Positive attitude and pro-activityKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
