Description SAIC is looking for an Information Security System Engineer (ISSE) to support Naval Aviation, Air Force and Air National Guard customers with Cyber Security Development in support of the Tactical Combat Training System TCTS on aircraft ranges. PMA 205 is the primary sponsor.
The position will support the Tactical Air Range Integration Facility (TARIF) located on the NAWCWD China Lake facility near Ridgecrest California and the Test and Evaluation/Training Threat/Target Systems (T4S) contract. This position is contingent on SAIC winning the T4S contract. Award selection is expected early next calendar year. Qualifications- Bachelors and six (6) years or more experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience; or ten (10) years of experience without a degree.
- A minimum of 10 years working on information security (such as Information Assurance or Cyber Security) preparing Authority to Operate (ATO) and associated paperwork or equivalent packages; advising program managers on computer security issues, risks, and decisions; representing information security on appropriate boards; and tracking and reporting to management information security data items and events.
- Must be able to show familiarity with the current NAVAIR cyber security process.
- Must hold current certifications appropriate for this job as required by the current NAVAIR cyber security policies.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance.
