- The full UX Design process on a project, including
- Conducting both informal and formal user research to understand user needs, mental models and working contexts
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate, rapidly test, and validate design decisions
- Basic Visual Design, providing product delivery teams with design artifacts that can be rapidly executed upon
- Participating in and leading usability testing activities
- Participating in agile product development as integrated part of scrum team. You will be the voice of UX to the agile team and to product owners
- You love creating intuitive user experiences that meet (or exceed) the needs of your users
- A current online portfolio. Tell us your story the way you want to tell it. How do you think? How do you approach a problem?
- At least 6 years’ experience solving UX problems and designing web and mobile app experiences
- Skilled in standard design & wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe InDesign) and prototyping tools (e.g. InVision)
- You’re adaptable: you realize that sometimes things change, and you can roll with it
- You know how to manage your time and deliverables
- You are a strong proponent of the user
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related discipline
- Empathic: You show great empathy for your audience
- Real-world experience in using Agile, Design Thinking / User-Centered Design principles and methodologies
- Salesforce design experience is a plus
- Life-learner: You take pride in learning, as well as sharing what you know with your teammates
