- Establish Project Governanace
- Enable adoption of Agile project metodologies
- The integrator will be responsible coordinating project activities and schedules, communicating with the client and client partners, and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholder.
- Planning and coordinating program management process activities, such as program reviews and control gate reviews, including the scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations
- Facilitating meetings and creating slides for meetings and program management reviews, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes and action items
- Coordinating project schedules, including participation in meetings, documentation and distribution of minutes and action items, and tracking action items for their successful completion
- Develop and maintain an easily accessible repository of requirements and other relevant documentation.
- Serve as a key resource for coordinating meetings and schedules between representatives from Projects and delivery and operations
- Support Project Integrator Office requirements by adoption of Agile and Lead principals
- Identify, document and maintain dependencies between IT life cycle services, including the service transition to production process
- Lead the PRT (Project Review and Transition) governance meetings
