If you are passionate about data, process, and technology and excited about working in the continuous evolving compliance community…we want you to help us stay on the leading edge of compliance technology.The JobAs a Technology Integration Advisor within the Ethics & Compliance organization your role will focus on executing the Process and Technology Integration strategy. You will be responsible for partnering with Systems Architects, Developers, and business partners, to jointly implement key process and technology initiatives.Our team evaluates compliance needs and works with IT to develop and implement solutions to address those needs. You will guide a team of multi-functional technical subject matter resources to execute the Enterprise Compliance Management System (ECMS) Center of Excellence (COE) vision, providing innovative solutions, leading practice insights and driving operational excellence within the COE.You will be:

A Quality Champion demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality of our technology

In this role you will have a lot of fun working with a passionate team of technologists, helping to invent and implementing new ways to take on old problems through data and technology. You will be a part of the team inventing the "tomorrow" of the compliance industry.

The Day to Day

Participate in multi-functional teams to build out, expand, and mature systems and tools for Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Collaborate with compliance partners and team members to resolve business challenges through innovative solutions

Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of compliance systems and tools within Ethics and Compliance

Develop and implement strategic initiatives using technology to enable compliance goals

Manage and maintain data models for multiple compliance systems

Elicit requirements from business partners and lead the development of functional and/or technical design documents

Lead and ensure progress of key priorities & initiatives and provides status and feedback to COE lead

QualificationsYou absolutely need to have:

Seven (7) or more years of experience working in an business or operational function.

Experience developing/drafting/editing technical procedures or process development for compliance or related tools.

Experience working with SharePoint and O365 or related productivity suite.

Other stuff we believe will be helpful…

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business or STEM or related experience.

Five (5) or more years of experience leading compliance initiatives related to data or technology.

Experience presenting data in a visualized format to senior leaders.

Experience implementing solutions for governance, risk or compliance.

Experience assessing technology solutions in the context of Business Controls, Compliance, or Quality Assurance.

Experience with internal control review and risk assessment process for compliance.

Ability to stay ahead of trends in relevant technology and innovation.

Project Management, Six Sigma, or SCRUM Master Certification.
