- This role is essentially Servicing existing customers, maintenance existing equipment, equipment upgrades, moving desktops to sit/stand. This is an entry-level position for individuals with the aptitude, educational background, or related work experience to begin a career in technical support.
- Provide support services using the tools and communication channels available.
- Troubleshoot and restore routine technical services.
- Thoroughly document workflow in a ticketing system.
- Provide shift coverage as needed.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
- Recent graduate of a related degree or certification program; or a demonstrable skill, aptitude or ability; or some prior, related work experience resulting in the ability to fulfill the entry-level responsibilities of the position.
- Typically has 0-2 years of relevant experience.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Need software skills in addition to hardware (windows, win10, McAfee).
- Experience with transferring data, reimaging machines experience is a must.
- Bit locker, mac, azure experience would be nice to have.
- Have to be able to lift up to 100 lbs (at least 50 lbs) - moving printers and other equipment.
