RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Business Analyst in support of our industry leading technology development client in Roseville, CA.
Overview:Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions. This role will be a part of a small IMO (Integration Management Office) team to manage integration of a recently acquired SD-WAN company Silver Peak into Aruba Business Unit.Responsibilities: Support the investigation of existing Silver Peak tools/process as well as industry SAAS business/tools Define As-Is and Go-Forward processes for Subscription Renewals and Service Provider Operations, based on SaaS industry best practices Create Requirements/BRDs (business requirement documents) for SAP BRIM and SAP S4 to support Future process Assist with the definition of the Roadmap to converge Silver Peak and Aruba Central Renewals onto 1 Subscription Renewal platform Communicate to Silver Peak and Central teams the deployment and readiness of implementing future processes and systems Assist PM with the scope, timeline and detailed planREQUIREMENTS: Experience defining SaaS specific Quote to Cash business process and requirement definition for large-scale, multi-workstream, crossfunctional, complex projects in areas of IT or Business transformation, and/or M&A Good organization skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
