We are seeking talented, dynamic person to join our facility. You need to enjoy working with the public and have an energetic personality. Must have knowledge of Google Marketing strategy. Must have great communication skills both in person and on the phone. You need to assume responsibility of a safe, secure, clean facility, Collection of Rents, customer service etc. Must know Basic computer skills, including emails and writing.
Must be able to do a Basic Maintenance work, clean units, Trash & check activity through out the day.
Must have knowledge of Google my Business, Google Adwords, Google Analytics & Lead Coversion
Be able to understand and deal with occupancy, discount strategies etc.
Must be Available to live on the property, work on week end & through out the week
Must require industry experience.
