TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Sacramento is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, customer focused individuals! In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers. As a Customer Sales Representative, you are responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction to increase sales and customer service. This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
We are open Mondays through Saturdays and our shifts begin as early as 8am and could end as late 9pm.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services to capture all sales opportunities
Make recommendations according to customers needs on moving services, boxes, supplies, etc.
Educate potential customers to provide them with cost estimates
Obtain customer feedback through regular follow up calls, both during and after moves, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints in a timely manner
Directly and accurately input information in to software to estimate moving costs for customers, as well as scheduling needs for movers, drivers and trucks
Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®; effectively oppose any customer objection
May participate in various marketing activities including networking, direct mail and charitable move coordination
Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to sales, customer service, and exceeding customer expectations!
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of sales, customer service, office and/or other relevant experience is required;
Exceptional customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
Good organizational and time management skills
Comfortable in a fast paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
