Responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standard, by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling of customer request.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
Maintain awareness of services provided by SuperClean Car Wash
Explains services provided by SuperClean Car Wash to customers
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities and benefits to customers
Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions and maintain proper cash
accountabilities at POS registers
Stocking and maintaining of merchandise
General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
Explain procedure to customers, ensuring employee or customer safety is not jeopardized
Follow exact car loading and "prepping" procedures
May hold advertising signs or perform other marketing related functions
Qualification/Requirements
Smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to read, count, and write accurately
Be punctual, responsible and accountable
Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment And Physical Demands
Person will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
