Business Solutions Analyst (TDDC-MSA Classification) MSA Required Experience and Education This Classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design. This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Additional SOS Required Experience Three (3) years of experience performing business process reengineering activities on information technology systems implementation or software development projects of a similar size and complexity to the large CA State projects. References: Provide two references for each proposed consultant. Include a current contact name, company name, and telephone number for each reference. List of two (2) customers for whom similar services have been performed within the last ten (10) years, similar in scope and complexity to the services to be performed in this contract. Reference information shall include name of firm, contact person, and telephone number, and a description of the job(s) performed. The description of the services performed must be detailed and comprehensive enough to permit the State to assess the similarity of the project(s) outlined in the SOW. State reserves the right to contact references prior to contract award. Reference Contacts must be from a client who managed or supervised the proposed individual's work or who had oversight responsibility for the individual's performance for that work experience. The Reference Contact must be available to validate the experience on the dates specified in the resume. Offerors should note that references may be contacted, and the results may be a factor in the evaluation and selection process.
