Business valuation is part art, part science, and an insightful analysis is the result of a careful review of the facts by a team of professionals with experience working with companies of all sizes, backgrounds, and industries.Companies seek clarity about value for a variety of reasons. Whatever your motivation may be, we believe valuations are a fundamental process for informing your decision-making based on what is likely your most significant financial asset. We provide more than 400 valuations each year in a myriad of different areas. Some of the areas we specialize in are valuation of businesses, securities, and intangible assets for a wide range of tax, transaction and compliance purposes.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.ResponsibilitiesDetermines the purpose, standard, premise, level of value, approaches and methods used in a valuation engagement

Completes business valuation write ups

Participates in site visits and management interviews

Identifies and proposes modifications and opportunities for efficiencies in the business valuation process

Participates in professional and community organizations to develop network

Leverages technical knowledge and experience to provide effective project management and practice development

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field required

Minimum of 2 years of related experience required

Ability to work with managers and gain their confidence and respect

A track record of high level financial statement analysis

Outstanding client service skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Analytical and creative problem solving skills

Team player and deadline oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Flexibility with travel and hours

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
