Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking a Compensation Program Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to scale and manage our global compensation programs. As a Compensation Program Analyst, you will play a key role in the management of strategic compensation programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent while aligning with compensation philosophy. You will be influential in the implementation of compensation programs, communications and training, and compensation tools.Required Skills: Support the planning and execution of our programs while juggling multiple workstreams and competing priorities
Manages project elements and provides functional expertise in compensation and other cross-functional people projects
Identifies and tracks success metrics for the project, proposes and executes improved business processes
Works closely with partners and stakeholders to collaborate on the project delivery
Develops a deep understanding of our program mechanics, and calendar, in order to educate stakeholders about the most relevant information for their specific business needs
Conducts cost modeling and employee impact analysis for proposed new programs or program changes
Assists with content development and training of compensation programs and practices to HR partners and managers
Supports HRBPs and compensation team during pay planning process and addressing compensation issues
Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process
Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
6+ years compensation/data management/project management experience
Experience managing multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment
Experience with model building, use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation, VBA in Excel
Preferred Qualifications: Program/project management and process management skills
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated experience to self-motivate and follow through on projects
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Salesforce, Workday and Compensation Systems
Experience adjusting to rapidly changing business requirements, and making decisions with limited information
