Primary Skills: Business Process Design/Data Analysis

Role Description: The

Data Engineering Manager must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Nice to Have: - PySpark skillset. - Financial Crime and Fraud Management (P5 - Master). - Risk and Regulatory Controls (P5 - Master). - Business Process Analysis Tools (P4 - Expert). - Business Process Design (P4 - Expert). - Functional Design (P4 - Expert)

Required: - Bachelor's Degree or Higher - Interview: 2-3 Interviews, over the Phone - 5 years of experience. - Proactive in learning new skills and communicating ideas articulately.

Must Have: - Data Engineering - Data Analytics - Python/SQL/R

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance - Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. - Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. - Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. - Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. - Design, Build and Test the batch processing data pipeline and ETL jobs as per the business requirements - Build data pipelines using Python and SQL as the primary skillset. - Must understand and contribute to architecture for complex data systems - Collaborate with the team to use best practices to deliver and address any dependencies - Provide regular status update including any risks/issues to the project lead.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
