- Implement controls necessary in installing, configuring, administering, testing, and maintaining Linux environments
- Troubleshooting, tracking, and conducting root cause analysis of system/operational/infrastructure issues ranging in complexities and technical factors. Communicate and coordinate with other infrastructure and application support groups.
- Implement and Support system architecture, standards, and methods to support client business requirements, which can result in new infrastructure requirements to improve the application efficiency and performance.
- Develop and validate Ansible playbooks to ensure stability and efficiency of all Linux infrastructure used to support the application.
