Required Qualifications:
- Ten plus years of experience with Assembly programming/Mainframe Programming.
- Experience working in legacy code conversion projects.
- Experience working in migration project along with other development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by following documented processes
- Update process and support documentation as needed
- Monitor Mainframe environment using monitoring tools or tickets.
- Ability to lead medium sized development teams
- Good communication skills
- Experience with IBM Metal C for z/OS environment is a huge plus.
