The Work: You’ll often be: Pioneering UI/UX Designs by leading Designers and c ollaborating with Developers to realize and execute established UI/UX Designs and creating efficient 2D and 3D art for real-time Extended Reality (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality) applications. Incubating new business value for our clients in the Metaverse by leading a team to build and/or architect s oftware systems . By combin ing technology, industry exper tise , and entrepreneurial experience , you will help clients transform and massively disrupt their core businesses in order to propel them into the future and create better products and experiences from Extended Reality to Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs ) using UI/UX Design. Serving our clients on their innovation journey. Starting with eliminating the market noise, to concepting, to making it real. You will then formulate the approach and deliver measurable business value through UI/UX Design. Fortify ing Accenture’s Metaverse practice and market position by advancing the use of its many building blocks: Multiparty Systems & Blockchain, Extended Reality, Digital Identity, Hardware (AR/VR Goggles & Lenses), Software (Gaming Platforms & Virtual Worlds), etc. Scanning the Metaverse ecosystem to identify and build relationships with differentiating partners and/or solutions to bring Extended Reality to our clients. Here's what you need:Minimum of 5 years’ experience creating real-time applications
Minimum of 3 years ’ experience leading a team of designers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Professional Skills Requirement:Demonstrated abilities in UI/UX design, a rt , and a nimation and imple mentations within Unity 3D
Ability and knowledge of the product’s entire design to facilitate communication and enable early identification of issues
Background in 2D and 3D content creation
Experience with large team content pipelines
Bonus points if you are/have:
Experience with the Unreal4 game engine
Previous VR/AR experience
Concept and illustration experience
3D environment art content creation
PBR Materials, Photogrammetry, MoCap

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $111,000 - $249,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
